Job summary

PFG Customized in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a Sunday night to Thursday night schedule, 11pm to 7:30am. This is an entry-level position with one full month of day-shift training.

Compensation ranges $18.00-$19.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits starting Day 1, plus 401(k) employer matching, education assistance, PTO, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing warehouse equipment, conducting safety checks, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months maintenance and industrial repair or related area.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Able to work posted schedule and initial training schedule.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtains work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations. Performs daily safety checks.
• Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
• Maintains, replaces, builds, adjusts, and modifies the facilities, buildings, and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
• On Call rotation to support warehouse operations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Purpose:
