Job summary

Bodycote in Camas, WA seeks a manufacturing associate to perform essential duties under close supervision in a light industrial setting. You will handle customer parts, operate safely, and support team goals on the production floor.

Responsibilities include moving parts into/out of containers, reporting issues, maintaining safety, and complying with ITAR. Shift is 3rd (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with potential overtime; requires HS diploma and forklift certification; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance required; U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Overtime or weekend shifts may be required
• Must obtain and maintain forklift operator certification
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
• Crane and forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to work 3rd shift; 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Place customer parts onto, into or out of baskets, tubs, racks or other containers.
• Report unusual problems or concerns to HIP Operator, Supervisor or management.
• Promote safety and good housekeeping.
• Be aware of environmental concerns caused by process and report deficiencies to Supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
• Care for customer inventory and perform duties safely to prevent loss or damage.
• Report for work on time, follow directions, interact with co-workers, follow rules and accept constructive criticism
