Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Line Lead to manage production line processes, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity in a cGMP environment.

You will coordinate line staffing, train workers, and work with supervisors to meet customer demand and maintain traceability on finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a safe production line following PPE requirements.
• Train line workers and optimize line workflow.
• Plan hourly shift scheduling to maximize output.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet customer demand and schedule.
• Ensure traceability and quality compliance of materials.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
