Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Lead for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9 pm–5 am) to oversee daily production, safety, and quality standards in a pallet refurbishment facility. You will train operators, inspect pallets for rework, and coordinate with Shipping/Receiving and the Shift Supervisor to meet priorities.

Overtime and weekends may apply. The role requires the ability to lift 75–85 lb pallets and a basic toolkit knowledge; 18+ years old is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide the daily production plan execution and safety/productivity standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and PPE usage at all times.
• Train and guide operators to repair pallets to company standards.
• Visually inspect pallets and determine rework requirements.
• Regularly communicate needs and status with Shipping/Receiving.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor for priorities and guidance.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll do?

The Shift Lead is responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.

Hours:

3rd Shift

Monday- Friday

9 pm -5 am

*Overtime and Weekends subject to business needs

Duties Include:

• Always comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Train and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Visually inspects and audits pallets and determines rework needed.
• Communicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.
• Communicates with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
