Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Laboratory Technician - Organic Prep for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Mon–Fri). The role includes cleaning, preparation/extraction, stocking lab supplies, and data entry per SOPs, with potential cross-training in other areas.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED, is fluent in English, and can work in the United States without sponsorship. Prior lab experience and good computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, written and verbal instructions.
• Perform routine laboratory cleaning.
• Perform disposal of chemical waste using approved methods.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Accurately enters data into LIMS.
• Washes and inventories glassware and equipment; prep for shipping as needed.
• Maintain training records up to date.
• Complete QC samples on schedule (MDL, LOD/LOQ, PT).
• Assists in other lab areas when needed.
• May prepare reagents and spikes; perform extractions as needed.
