Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Management or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse leadership (supervisor/lead)
• 2+ years as Production Supervisor
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient English communication both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and production operations including routing, receiving, inventory control
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders
• Manage hiring, training, performance, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with policies
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Manage warehouse budget and forecasting
• Coordinate maintenance for equipment and address issues
• Support production by stepping into roles when needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
