Job summary

Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC is seeking a dependable janitor to maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly environment across client sites. You will perform routine cleaning, restroom upkeep, waste disposal, and ensure areas meet company and client standards, reporting to the supervisor.

Travel is required and prior experience in commercial cleaning is a plus. The role includes cleaning floors, dusting, restroom maintenance, trash disposal, and ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and counters.
• Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Empty trash and maintain odor control.
• Clean tables, countertops, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator, sink).
• Follow all company safety procedures and client guidelines.
