Merchants Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable janitor to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment at multiple client sites in California. You will perform routine cleaning, waste removal, and ensure areas meet standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform standard cleaning tasks to meet client and company standards.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals correctly.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned areas.
• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and dispose of waste.
• Dust surfaces, wipe fixtures, and sanitize high touch areas.
• Travel to multiple client sites as required by schedule.
