Job summary

Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC is seeking a diligent janitor to maintain clean, sanitary, and safe client environments. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure all areas meet company and client standards. Travel is required.

You will report to the Supervisor / Area Manager and work the third shift. Paid sick days are provided as part of a benefits package with our family-owned, woman-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

• Restock supplies in breakrooms and common areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues.
• Ensure areas meet client expectations and inspection standards.
