Job summary

Micron Solutions is seeking a 3rd shift Injection Molding Process Technician in Fitchburg, MA. You will set up and troubleshoot machines, perform mold changes, monitor processes, and support robotics and automation equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You should have hands-on injection molding experience and strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently on 3rd shift and respond to production issues. Eligible for a 5k sign-on bonus and good benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on injection molding processing experience.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
• Experience performing mold changes and machine setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
