• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees.
• Ensure required inspections and production documentation are completed accurately.
• Support secondary assembly operations as needed.
• Communicate production and quality issues during shift handoffs.

You may already be the person coworkers go to for help, training, or questions, even if you haven't officially held a Lead title.This is a hands-on production role, not a Process Technician position.
