Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing.
• Shift work in manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly manufacturing employees in the injectable manufacturing group.
• Conducts interviews and hires hourly staff.
• Sets daily production priorities with Process Leads and hourly employees.
• Ensures production team adheres to quality standards and SOPs.
• Reviews and approves direct report timesheets.
• Identifies process improvements and drives optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Creates, revises and implements SOPs and Production Batch Records.
• Performs batch record review and timely follow-ups.
• Operates in ERP Inventory Control Systems for timely transactions.
• Supports training progress and readiness to work independently.
