Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a scientific field.
• Mastered knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) as they relate to production packaging activities.
• 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in documenting production activities and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly manufacturing employees in the injectable production group.
• Hires and interviews hourly staff; sets daily production priorities with Process Leads and operators.
• Creates and revises SOPs and Production Batch Records; performs batch record reviews.
• Maintains adherence to quality standards and company policies; monitors training progress.
• Analyzes processes for improvement and ensures timely completion of tasks.
