Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 3rd shift in York, PA. You will install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and electrical systems, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on motors and conveyors, troubleshooting malfunctions, recording tasks in the maintenance database, and supporting the maintenance team with safe practices and compliance to SQF standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of maintenance experience with electrical skills and PLC knowledge.
Mechanical, pneumatic, welding, hydraulic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Experience with industrial power systems (to 480VAC) is desirable.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

Safely install, maintain and repair industrial machinery and electrical systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagrams, manuals and tools.
Maintain maintenance records in the system and coordinate with team.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards per SQF requirements.
Operate equipment and fabricate parts as needed with shop tools.
