• Keep work area clean and orderly per 5S principles.
• Support 5S Lean practices: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic circuits.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs and related equipment.
• Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to diagnose problems.
• Repair or replace broken components.
• Test and run initial batches to ensure smooth operation.
• Detect minor problems with basic diagnostic tests.
• Test malfunctioning machinery to determine major repairs needed.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment to optimal specifications.
• Clean and lubricate equipment.
