Qualifications

• Proven maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and components.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance strategies and best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certification in welding, hydraulics or electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs and control systems.
• Safety-focused in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Maintain inventory of mechanical parts and tools for repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering for continuous improvement.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring safety.
