Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment and facility adhering to GMPs.

The role requires installing, adjusting and repairing blow mold/trimming equipment, performing tooling changes, inspecting hoses, valves and pumps, and performing preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps; perform preventive maintenance.
