The position features a 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am), 401K matching, pension, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. High school diploma or GED required; trade training preferred; 2–4 years of experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED; trade/vocational training preferred.
• 2–4 years of production maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer and lift 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems; repairs equipment to company standards.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment per guidelines.
• Adheres to safety policies; wears required PPE and follows OSHA/industry standards.
• Performs changeovers on production line equipment to minimize downtime.
