Job summary

Vonachen Group in Des Moines, IA, is hiring an Operator for full-time, 3rd shift (11p-7a). You will operate industrial power equipment, perform daily machine checks, and scrub floors while ensuring safety and high customer service. Must be 18+, have reliable transport, and pass training.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), short/long-term disability, and PTO/holidays. Daily Pay option available. $18.50 per hour with full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, either orally or in writing.
• Must follow all health and safety requirements.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily machine checks and operate industrial power equipment as assigned.
• Drive through the plant using the machine to sweep and scrub floors.
• Get on/off the machine, sweep with a broom, scrape rubber, assist spill cleanups, and dust guardrails.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety regulations.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
