Responsibilities

Oversees hub operational activities to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective processing.
Directs quality control across operational areas.
Ensures compliance with DHL policies and government regulations.
Maintains records for volume, damages, safety incidents, and productivity.
Manages 15–25 staff; hires, coaches and develops team.
Works 3rd shift.
Coordinates with flight control, maintenance, and customs for efficient hub operation.
