Kennametal is hiring a Manufacturing Machine Operator I for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) in Orwell, OH. You will set up and operate honing machines, program robots via HMI, and perform changeovers while ensuring product quality per blueprints.

Responsibilities include visual and dimensional inspections, maintaining safety procedures, and meeting daily production goals. High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year tech degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience operating automated or manual honing machines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated/robotic or manual honing machines.
• Program and troubleshoot robots using human machine interface (HMI).
• Perform changeovers, brush changes, and basic maintenance.
• Run inspections and verify visual and dimensional characteristics.
