AdvisaCare in Homer, MI is seeking Top of Line HHA’s and CNA’s to join our care team serving Homer and surrounding areas. You’ll provide personalized care aligned with patient needs and preferences, working with a supportive team to deliver safe, compassionate assistance from 7p to 7a.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN shifts; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
