Job summary

Belmark Inc. in De Pere, WI, seeks a Specialty Finishing Operator to set up and run high-speed converting equipment in a dedicated finishing area. This 3rd shift role carries a $25.53/hour pay with a $2 shift differential.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety and SQF guidelines, maintaining attendance, performing quality tests, labeling cases, staging materials and supporting related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance and overtime may be required.
• Must use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food-safety requirements.
• Maintain strong attendance.
• Operate multiple high-speed converting assets.
• Ensure product quality and proper labeling.
• Stage materials and perform quality tests.
