Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing preferred.
• Lean/manufacturing principles (5S) desired.
• Proficient in safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the on-site team.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires and temps.
• Ensure 5S implementation and audit compliance.
• Support daily/weekly production scheduling and issue resolution.
