Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a grind and finish operator to grind and clean castings, preparing surfaces for finishing and inspection. The role is fully onsite, with safety-focused work in a manufacturing setting.

Hours are Sunday through Wednesday, 8pm–6am. 3rd shift includes a $2.75/hr differential. Tasks include using air tools, operating equipment, measuring parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong English language skills.
• Attention to detail is required to ensure quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Grind and clean castings to correct defects and prepare surfaces.
• Operate cranes and hoists to mount materials onto equipment.
• Move controls to start/stop equipment during grinding and polishing.
