Position Details

• Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic provides technical support to Plant Operations, troubleshooting and repairing high-speed food processing/packaging equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Outstanding mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of industrial electricity and control systems (120v-480v).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Flexible scheduling, including second or third shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills, including Windows and SAP preferred.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting 5S initiatives.
• Coordinate with shifts and teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D., vocational or technical training preferred.
• Prior industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Certifications and licenses are not required.
• No travel required.

Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels.
