Job summary

LIFE, Inc. - New Bern is seeking a direct-care professional for the 3rd shift, 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend off. The role involves assisting clients with dressing, bathing, meals, and community activities.

You will monitor safety, document care, and support medication administration and daily routines in a supportive environment. Compensation is $17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have NC Driver's License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor clients with daily living activities.
• Provide meals, housekeeping, and meal preparation support.
• Administer medications as directed and follow diet orders.
• Support participation in school/day programs and community outings.

Shift Details: Full Time 3rd Shift 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM 40 hours a week with every other weekend off.

Assist and monitor clients with dressing, bathing, toileting, meals, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication administration, diet orders, behavior programs, active treatment, community outings, and school/day program participation.

Follow established safety procedures, collect data, communicate client information as directed, transport clients in company vehicles, and perform other duties as assigned.
