PaperTech is a leading manufacturer of pressed paperboard packaging, offering durable, renewable food trays across North America. We seek a Forming Machine Operator for 3rd shift in Findlay, OH to run automated forming machines and ensure quality output.

You will handle setup verification, measurements, and line cleanliness while supporting other lines as needed. This role includes a shift differential and opportunities for growth in a temperature-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Follow directions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forming machines per prints and specifications.
• Produce required quantity within specs and tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools.
• Inspect equipment for proper setup and alignment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Enter production information on a PC.
• Be a floater as needed by supervision.
• Restock materials and supplies at multiple lines.
• Assist with loading machines and making boxes as directed.
