Monroechamber is seeking a Machine Operator/Forklift-Recycle to join our fast-paced warehouse team. The role blends sit-down forklift operation with hands-on production tasks in a team oriented environment. Shift: 3rd; Hours: 11:00pm–7:30am.

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, or production background preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, pallets, and finished goods.
• Load/unload materials safely from trailers, storage areas, and lines.
• Rework and sort materials according to production and quality standards.
• Dump recyclable materials into grinders and support recycling processes.
• Stage, organize, and move materials to support production operations.
