Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Forklift/HILO Operator for the 3rd shift at the Lansing plant. The role requires sit-down forklift experience, the ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check, and punctual, team-focused collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Primary duties include operating forklifts safely, moving inventory, unloading trucks, stacking to 16 feet, and loading/dunnage handling. Overtime and weekend work are required; good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
• Be on time and maintain professional conduct.
