Job summary

Kampack in McDonough, GA is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support our supply chain by loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products. The prime function of this role is to operate forklifts and optimize loading for efficient logistics within a busy manufacturing warehouse.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of powered forklift experience, knowledge of material-handling equipment, strong math and safety mindset with OSHA familiarity, ability to lift 50 pounds, and solid

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 2 years of powered forklift operation experience.
Knowledge of material-handling equipment is an asset.
Proficient in mathematics and accurate inventory handling.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety.
Must be safety‑minded with a responsible work ethic.
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and handle physical tasks.
Computer skills are a must for data entry and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift or other hand truck.
Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.
Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company.
Perform cycle counts as required.
Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.
Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods.
