Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking production associates for 3rd shift in Wentzville, MO. The role involves operating forklifts, reading diagrams/blueprints, and performing assembly line tasks with some mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read diagrams/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications and work instructions to determine work needed and material requirements.
• Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with fixture.
• Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
• Checks parts to determine accuracy.
• Performs jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
• Meets production requirements (including) cycle time on a daily basis.
• Can operate all work stations within the department.
• Verifies quality issues shown on defective code list.
