Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, a long‑standing healthcare manufacturer, is hiring a Warehouse Laborer for 3rd shift. You will control the flow of products from receiving to shipping, load/unload trucks, and maintain accurate records on paper and in systems.

You’ll operate forklifts, manage stock with FEFO/FIFO, and support Lean Sigma initiatives. This onsite role requires 5 days/week presence and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; not required.
• Able to perform simple math and maintain accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Supply manufacturing areas with pallets, components and materials.
• Handle shipping/receiving, labeling and paperwork accuracy.
• Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts safely.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and FEFO/FIFO stock control.
• Complete required paperwork and Lean Sigma support.
