Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious team in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role offers a competitive wage with a $1/hour shift differential on a 3rd shift schedule (Fri–Sun 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, 36 hours paid as 40).

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging, dock operations, safe material movement, and using a warehouse management system. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life, 401K and more.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking and time management skills required.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to schedule.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers and operates forklifts or pallet jacks where applicable.
• Opens and closes dock doors and moves materials within the warehouse.
• maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with safety requirements.
• Electronically scan products using warehouse management system.
