Job summary

Owens Corning in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00pm–7:30am). This on-site role supports production by moving doors and materials and requires following work instructions and safety rules.

You must have at least one year of forklift experience with certification and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. Responsibilities include unloading pallets, staging materials, and coordinating with leadership to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• One year forklift experience with prior certification.
• Ability to read tickets and follow instructions.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and return doors into quality hold area.
• Cross train & work in the designated area or in other production areas as needed.
• Operate forklift, power pallet jack or manual carts to unload, move or store materials.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Meets daily production targets and maintains quality standards.
• Work overtime as needed.
