Job summary

Kreate, a family-owned plastic injection molding company in Findlay, Ohio, is hiring a Forklift Operator in Lima, OH. The role focuses on moving pallets, supporting production, and ensuring material flow on a 7am–7pm 2-2-3 shift. Certification and safety adherence are essential for daily tasks.

Reporting to the Process Technician, you will help keep lines stocked, tag pallets, and assist in shipping. This permanent role offers stability and opportunities to contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and be willing to obtain additional certifications as needed.
• Must follow all safety standards and processes.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to work 7am–7pm on the 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off).

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move full pallets of product between production lines and warehouse locations.
• Aid in shipping and staging finished product for loading.
• Keep production lines supplied to maintain production pace.
• Tag pallets properly before removing from lines.
• Complete a daily forklift checklist before each shift.
• Assist with other operations as directed for production needs.
