Job summary

Kreate is seeking highly motivated Forklift Operators to join our Lima, OH facility. This permanent 3rd shift role involves moving full pallets from production lines, staging in the warehouse, and supporting shipping and operations as needed. 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off).

You must be forklift certified, adhere to safety policies, and be able to lift up to 35 lbs. The position reports to the Process Technician and requires teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required; willing to obtain additional certifications as needed by company policies.
• Must follow all forklift safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to walk, stand, and maneuver on uneven surfaces as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move full pallets from production lines to warehouse locations.
• Aid in shipping of product, including scanning and staging finished product for loading.
• Keep production lines supplied to maintain pace of production.
• Ensure proper tagging of pallets before removal from lines.
• Maintain and complete a daily forklift checklist before each shift.
• Assist with other operations as directed for production needs.

We are seeking highly motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators. This position is responsible for moving full pallets of product from production lines, material to lines, and product and supplies as needed by operating a forklift and assisting in operations as needed. You must be willing to work 7pm - 7am on the 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off). This is a permanent 3rd shift role; there is not an opportunity to move to a different shift.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to maneuver full pallets of product from production lines and place them in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
• Aid in operations in shipping of product which may involve scanning and staging finished product for loading.
• Keep production lines fully supplied to ensure production continues at pace.
• Ensure proper tagging of all pallets before removing from lines.
• Maintain and fill out a daily forklift checklist before every shift.
• Assist with any other operations as directed for production needs, including duties off the lift.

Qualifications:

• Must have forklift certification and be willing to obtain specific certification requirements as needed per company policies.
• Must know and comply with all safety standards and processes.
• Must follow all forklift safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintains a work pace appropriate to the workload to meet production goals.
• Able to walk, stand, and maneuver on uneven surfaces as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to work cooperatively in a team
• Must be able to understand and follow instructions with minimum Supervision.
