What You’ll Do

As a Forklift Operator - Shipping, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to:

• Operate a variety of equipment, including dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts to efficiently load and transport products within the warehouse.

• Complete orders in a timely manner by processing pick tickets, performing full pallet picking, and shuttling pallets for final order processing.

• Interact with management software systems and label printers; read work orders or receive instructions to determine assignments and material needs.

• Perform physical activities requiring lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and safe material handling.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations; keep the work area clean, debris‑free, and safe.

• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions, perform daily forklift inspections, and carry out other assigned duties.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a scanner‑directed job and achieve productive and quality standards.

• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, lift/move up to 50 lbs., and operate a stand‑up forklift for an entire shift; resilience to work in environments with extreme temperatures.
