Job summary

Mittera in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler to join the Receiving team on 3rd shift. You will review transfer requests, the daily schedule, press department paper needs, and receive paper deliveries.

The role requires operating a forklift and clamp truck, scanning loads, updating inventory, and coordinating with press crews to ensure on-time paper delivery. Experience with forklifts and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift driving experience (clamp truck experience desirable).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review the delivery schedule and identify deliveries using packing slips and bills of lading.
• Safely operate a forklift and clamp truck to load/unload trucks and transfers.
• Scan and receive new loads into inventory systems and verify documentation accuracy.
• Keep inventory to established standards.
• Coordinate with press crews to deliver paper on time to keep presses on schedule.
• Maintain clean storage areas and assist shipping/receiving dock.
