Forklift Operator

Full-time | Logistics | Location – Olathe, KS, 66062 | $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS!

Shift: 3rd Shift - 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday - Thursday

Performs essential functions focused on meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the department. Responsible for safely operating forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, turret truck, and other Powered Industrial Equipment to support distribution center operations.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will support short and long-term projects aligned with business strategies, including:

• Operate forklifts and other Powered Industrial Equipment to transport, organize, stage, replenish, pull, put away, consolidate, load/unload, and package materials.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
• Perform repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, lift, push, and pull. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, and climb or balance. Regularly lift objects up to 15 pounds, frequently up to 40 pounds, and occasionally over 75 pounds.

We seek individuals who can develop simple solutions for complex problems. Requirements include:

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to match part numbers and enter data accurately into systems
• Current forklift certification
• Previous experience with operations and/or relevant Powered Industrial Equipment training
