Full-time Logistics Position - Olathe, KS

Location: Olathe, KS 66062 | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday - Thursday

This role involves performing essential functions with a focus on meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the department. Responsibilities include safely operating forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, turret truck, and other Powered Industrial Equipment to support distribution center operations.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will deliver projects that support our business strategy, including:

• Operating forklift and other Powered Industrial Equipment for transporting, organizing, staging, replenishing, pulling, putting away, consolidating, loading/unloading, and packaging materials.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy goals.
• Performing physical tasks such as walking, standing, reaching, lifting (up to 75 pounds), and other manual activities as required.

How to Succeed

We seek individuals who can develop simple solutions to complex problems. Requirements include:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to match part numbers and enter data accurately
• Previous operation of Powered Industrial Equipment and relevant training/experience
