Walor North America is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Forging team in Columbus, OH. The role supports quality improvements and press efficiency for the Columbus facility, working 11:00 p.m. – 7:15 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include operating machines, material handling with a forklift, measuring product quality, and performing maintenance tasks. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read prints and measurement documentation.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Operate machine and secondary equipment, including feeding material manually.
• Material handling with a forklift.
• Measure and document product quality to standards.
• Perform operator-level maintenance tasks.
• Assist maintenance during major breakdowns.
• Adhere to 5S principles.
• Report equipment maintenance issues to supervisor/maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned.
