Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Machine Operator for a 3rd shift at its Milwaukee facility. You will operate and troubleshoot a range of packaging equipment, including Texwrap, ADCO, and Tiromat, while ensuring GMP compliance and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years of packaging operating experience, preferably on automated lines.
• Minimum 1+ year of GMP experience in a regulated manufacturing or food production setting.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish valuable.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), Sunday–Thursday, with occasional sixth day.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of food production and packaging equipment (Texwrap, ADCO, Tiromat, baggers, rollers).
• Set up machines and perform changeovers for efficient production runs.
• Monitor line speed, product quality, and adjust as needed to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime on the line.
• Maintain GMP, sanitation, and housekeeping throughout the area.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow and schedules.
• Assist with packaging tasks, loading materials, clearing jams, labeling and sealing.
