• Complete quality inspections throughout production.
• Perform line clearance for next job by removing waste and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety, quality standards, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Quad is seeking experienced Folder/Gluer Operators to join our Spartanburg manufacturing team.

Location: Spartanburg, SC

Pay: $22.00–$27.00 / hour, based on relevant experience and work history

Paid Relocation: Available for qualified candidates

Shift Available: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (Sunday–Thursday)

Future Schedule: This position is expected to transition to a 12‑hour schedule in the future to align with our die‑cutting operations. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.

Important: This is an experienced Folder/Gluer Operator position. Previous folder/gluer machine operating experience is required. Candidates without prior folder/gluer experience will not be considered for this role. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous folder/gluer machine operating experience is required.
• Experience operating Bobst folder/gluer equipment is highly preferred; candidates with experience on other folder/gluer equipment are encouraged to apply.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize quality while working efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret job orders, production sheets, work instructions, and customer specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate equipment issues to teammates and leadership.
• Ability to work an 8‑hour overnight shift, with overtime and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift 10–15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
