Chestnut Labs in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Filler Equipment Operator for the 3rd shift to maintain safe operation, maximize uptime, and ensure quality on the ESL filling line.

The role requires following GMPs, basic math, teamwork, and ability to perform heavy manual labor and routine CIP cleanups. A high school diploma is preferred; production experience is helpful; training provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Operate ESL filling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment per SOPs.
• Perform sanitation, cleaning, and CIP cleanup of components.
• Conduct basic concentration tests and dye checks as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment and notify maintenance when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with GMP.
• Record-keeping and reporting of production data.
