The role requires a High School diploma or GED and passing the 2G weld test, with the ability to rotate across stations, use PPE, and collaborate with teammates to produce high-quality axles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Hendrickson weld test – 2G.
• Ability to rotate to all required job stations.
• Able to use PPE issued by Hendrickson.
• Mathematical skills are required.
• Basic blueprint reading is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a continuous improvement environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team skills are a must.
• Attention to minor details to produce high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding machinery in Fabrication area.
• Perform quality checks with calibrated digital micrometers, veneer calipers, and go/no go gauges.
• Complete paperwork/reports documenting builds per work orders.
• Comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee growing successful leaders.
