Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass welding certification test.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout employment.
• Follow all safety practices and policies.
• Able to read and understand blueprints and geometric tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely production of all welded parts; ensure welds meet quality standards.
• Perform MIG, hand, and robotic welding as directed.
• Inspect products using total quality concepts.
• Maintain preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Report daily activities on work orders and other media.
• Conduct quality checks with basic measurement tools.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Practice safe operating procedures; wear PPE.
• Participate in safety training and report concerns when observed.
