Job summary

Custom Profiles, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift operator to run plastic extrusion processes. Shift runs midnight to 8:00 AM, with a base wage progression from $17 to $19 plus a $2 premium bringing the range to $19–$21 per hour.

An attendance bonus of $100 biweekly is included. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot during production.

Job description

Operators on our 3rd shift (midnight to 8:00 AM) earn $19 to $21/hr, plus $100 every two weeks for good attendance. That's base pay ($17/hr to start, $18 at 6 months, $19 at 12 months) plus a $2/hr 3rd-shift premium. Two 15-minute breaks, eight hours on the clock, with overtime on occasion. We run three 8-hour shifts, around the clock Monday through Friday. We make custom plastic extrusions for customers across the country, and we train our own operators. Nobody walks in the door knowing this job. It takes troubleshooting, attention, and dependability, not prior experience. You won't be doing the same thing hour after hour.
