Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products, Inc. is seeking a dependable Extrusion Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in New Holland. You will operate extrusion machinery, measure components, and help maintain production flow with attention to safety and quality.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with possible overtime. You’ll use measuring tools, power tools, and a forklift, supporting other departments as needed while contributing to continuous-improvement efforts.

• Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring devices.
• Experience with machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.

• Identify problems and participate in continuous-improvement efforts.
• Assist in other production areas as scheduling needs arise.

Requirements
