Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician at the Marshall, MO facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test plant equipment, ensuring reliable production operations. You will work with electrical and pneumatic systems and perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to maintain machinery.

This role may include seven-day weeks and extended shift schedules. The position offers on-site duties with competitive hourly pay, a shift differential, and attendance bonus, plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years progressive mechanic experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Vocational tech training in machine maintenance.
• Carry and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Read and write English for completion of production/quality documents.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.
• Familiar with basic shop equipment: arc welder, plasma cutter, torch and basic hand tools.
• Electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor on site at the Marshall, MO facility.
• Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts/components on plant and production equipment.
• Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order.
• Inspect machines and equipment to locate problems, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments to ensure production operation.
• Use manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, parts diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts/equipment on plant and production equipment.
• Perform electrical and pneumatic work on production machines.
• Welding, electrical and fabrication experience.
• You may work seven days a week and extended shift schedules.

Hourly Rate: $23.17 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
